The Southern California Water Coalition will host a webinar on July 1st at 10 a.m. titled “Cap-and-Trade Unpacked: Funding Critical Water Infrastructure Solutions that Improve California’s Climate Resilience” to examine how California’s 2025–26 budget and potential reauthorization of the cap-and-trade program could impact climate policy. The session will focus on leveraging Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund revenues to fund vital water infrastructure projects that build climate resilience statewide.
