The California Water Commission will meet September 17 to discuss topics including the State Water Project Adaptation Strategy and the Water Storage Investment Program, including an update on Valley Water Board’s decision to suspend pursuit of the Pacheco Project. Representatives of the Sites Project will present their request for early funding to the Commission, and representatives of DWR’s Office of Tribal Affairs will provide an overview of current state policies mandating Tribal consultation engagement.
