The DWR will host an overview of the 2026 Dam Safety and Climate Resilience (DSCR) Local Assistance Program. This session is designed to walk potential applicants through the newly released draft Guidelines and Proposal Solicitation Package (PSP) funded by Proposition 4. Key topics will include the shift toward climate resilience and equitable risk reduction and a breakdown of the new evaluation process.
