The agenda includes public comment, approval of the June 26 meeting summary, possible appointments to the Delta Independent Science Board, and an overview of the Council’s certification and appeals process. Additional items include a presentation on the Sacramento Area Council of Governments’ draft transportation plan, reports from the Chair, Executive Officer, and Lead Scientist, as well as legislative updates.
