The Delta Protection Commission will meet Nov. 3 to discuss topics including reports from the Delta Stewardship Council, Delta Protection Advisory Committee, and the Executive Director, along with approval of the 2026 meeting schedule and a proposed consent agreement with the Department of Justice. The Commission will also discuss procedural options in response to the Department of Water Resources’ certification submission for the Delta Conveyance Project.
