Reclamation and the Sites Project Authority are partnering on capacity interest in the project to construct a new 1.5 million acre-foot offstream reservoir approximately 10 miles west of Maxwell, CA. The agreement to be negotiated supports the reservoir project by outlining the terms and conditions to which each party must adhere. The public is welcome to attend the negotiation sessions and will have the opportunity to provide comments regarding this contracting action.
