Pleasanton issues safety notice to residents re: drinking water
As of Mon., Oct. 4, residents of the city’s Castlewood neighborhood are being advised by city officials to use only boiled or bottled water for drinking or cooking purposes as a safety precaution. Affected residents will be notified when water is safe to drink, and no longer needs to be boiled before drinking, according to the city.
