Oregon PUC approves transfer of Klamath River dams from PacifiCorp to KRRC
The plan to remove four Klamath River dams checked another box on Tuesday as Oregon utility regulators signed off on transferring ownership of the dams from Portland-based PacifiCorp to the nonprofit that will carry out the project.
