Monterey water officials told to pay for another Cal Am review
An inter-governmental body wants Monterey Peninsula water officials to pay for an independent third-party review of costs associated with a planned takeover of California American Water Co., a study water officials say they’ve already performed at a cost of over a half-a-million dollars.
