DWR Spotlight: Saving Fish Around the Clock
From the California Department of Water Resources Spotlight:
“Utility Craftsworkers at DWR’s Skinner Fish Facility, upstream from the Banks Pumping Plant, work around the clock to save up to 15 million fish a year and return them to the Delta. Behavioral guidance devices divert fish away from the pumps that lift water into the California Aqueduct.”
