The Carmichael Water District (CWD) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Pablo Arroyave as the district’s new general manager. Arroyave will lead the public agency responsible for providing water to Carmichael residents and oversee its operations, workforce, finances and customer service. … Arroyave joins CWD from the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority, where he has served as chief operating officer since 2019. … Arroyave previously held senior leadership positions with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, including acting regional director and deputy regional director for the Mid-Pacific Region.
