The State Water Resources Control Board will meet Oct. 28-29 to consider the adoption of Sacramento/Delta updates to the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Watershed. The meeting will continue Oct. 30 if necessary.
