The Delta Protection Commission will meet May 11 to discuss topics including appointments to Delta Protection Advisory Committee and the commission chair succession plan for 2027. In a closed session, the commission will discuss potential litigation regarding the Delta Stewardship Council’s approval of Resolution 20 26-03, largely approving DWR’s Certification of Consistency for the Delta Conveyance Project and denying the majority of appeals filed, including the Delta Protection Commission’s appeal.
