Fall weather takes a break this week in the Bay Area as heat makes a brief comeback
After a weekend of cool temperatures in the Bay Area, a gradual warming trend is on tap, with summer-like temperatures returning midweek. A high pressure system will fuel the warm-up. On Monday, highs will still be on the cool side, but higher than during the weekend. San Francisco and other cities closer to the bayshore, like Mill Valley and Oakland, will reach the upper 60s. … Precipitation has been bleak so far this month. However, there’s a chance that the Bay Area could possibly end this month with above normal chances for precipitation.
