Gwendolyn M. Buchholz
Gwendolyn M. Buchholz is a Vice President. She has more than 35 years of experience in water resources, wastewater, stormwater and water supply planning, design and construction management.
During her career, she has managed more than 50 major projects evaluating water resources including fishery, wildlife, wetland and cultural resource assessments for some of the largest Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) in California, including the Central Valley Project Improvement Act, the Bay Delta Conservation Plan and the Salton Sea Ecosystem Restoration Plan. Ms. Buchholz is a registered professional engineer in the state of California.
She received a master’s degree in civil/environmental engineering from the University of California, Davis and a bachelor’s degree in physics from California State University, Sacramento.
