New River Report: The latest issue of River Report, “Water Banking, Transfers and the Future of the Colorado River Basin,” is available from the Water Education Foundation. The article discusses Colorado River Basin water transfers and banking based on discussions at the Foundation’s September 2013 Colorado River Symposium.
