Latest Issue of San Francisco Estuary and Watershed Science Released
From the Delta Stewardship Council Delta Science Program:
“The latest issue of SFEWS is now available online. This issue examines the spatial distribution of salinity as a function of freshwater flow in the San Francisco Estuary, 1-D hydrodynamic and salinity transport modeling to study the effects of sea level rise and water diversions on the Delta, and the use of coded-wire tag expansion factors for Chinook salmon carcass surveys to estimate proportions of hatchery-origin fish.
“The scientific articles address topics that advance the knowledge base of ecosystem processes and functions relevant to restoration and water management decisions affecting the health of the Bay-Delta.”
