Governor Announces Appointment of Laura King Moon as DWR Chief Deputy Director
From the Governor’s Office:
“Laura King Moon, 60, of Woodland, has been appointed chief deputy director at the California Department of Water Resources, where she has been a project manager for the Bay Delta Conservation Plan since 2011. Moon was assistant general manager at the State Water Contractors from 2000 to 2011 and director of strategic planning at the San Luis and Delta-Mendota Water Authority from 1997 to 1999.”
