Formal Public Review Period for Draft BDCP Opens Nov. 15
From the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA):
“State officials announced Sept. 27 that a public review draft of the Bay Delta Conservation Plan (BDCP) and its accompanying environmental documents will be made available Nov. 15 for 120 days of formal review.
“During the formal public review period, which will run from November 15, 2013 to March 17, 2014, members of the public and other interested parties may access copies of the document online, in repositories throughout the state, and request copies for review. The state and federal lead agencies on the project also will hold a series of public meetings during January 2014 and February 2014 to provide information about the project and accept formal comments.”
