Bob Johnson is a senior adviser for Water Strategies LLC, a Washington D.C.-based firm that represents water clients throughout the Western United States. Johnson is also a senior consultant with HDR Engineering.
Johnson previously served as Commissioner of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, where he oversaw the water and power programs of the nation’s largest water wholesaler and second-largest producer of hydropower.
Scott A. Morris, a shareholder in the firm of Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard, focuses on natural resources, land use and water law in his practice, representing both public and private clients. Mr. Morris currently serves as general counsel for Ramirez Water District and to Reclamation District 2035, and also assists the Placer County Water Agency in water matters.
Michael T. Savage is Vice President of Brown and Caldwell. Prior to joining Brown and Caldwell, he was a water resources manager for CDM Smith. Mr. Savage has 34 years of experience, primarily as an engineering consultant, and spent his earlier career with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Soil Conservation Service (now the Natural Resources Conservation Service) and the California Department of Water Resources.
Celeste Cantú is the General Manager of the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA). She has been working on the Crest to Coast, Corner to Corner Integrated Regional Watershed Management Plan called One Water, One Watershed (OWOW) that addresses all water-related issues, joins all entities, and hundreds of stakeholders seeking to create a new vision of sustainability for the Santa Ana River Watershed.
