Temporary Measure Would Boost Prado Dam Water Storage

“The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is considering implementing a temporary emergency measure that would permit more water to be stored at the Prado Dam, according to the corps and the Orange County Water District. …
“Celeste Cantú, general manager of the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority, which protects the water quality of the 75-mile drainage basin that starts in the San Bernardino Mountains, praised the development.”
