Public health warning issued after blue-green algae bloom found on Klamath River

The following is a press release issued by the California Water Resources Control Board: Swimmers, boaters and recreational users are urged to avoid direct contact with waters containing blue-green algae (cyanobacteria), now blooming in the Copco Reservoir on the Klamath River in Northern California.
